I got a call 2 weeks before this flood from a friend at Oakley saying Ricki Bedenbaugh would be coming out to Lowell for a week to film a intro for my part. The last thing I ever expected was rain, rain & rain every single day he was out in Lowell. The Merrimack river was coving everything, This cop was stoked to see someone enjoying what was happening.
